Trick Or Treat 2014

And for The kids fun: Decorating and carving pumpkins for Halloween as our FHE activity. Tyler didn't want to cut up his pumpkins because he wanted to use the face pieces to stick in the pumpkin instead. I had nooo problem with that. Clean, quick and easy. Yeah that's what I'm about.  Digging, scraping, squishing Up to their elbows in pumpkins. Tyler did want to get in on the messy part though.  This year the kids didn't want to use patterns. No huskies, no batman, no cool face patterns like we have in the past. Nope, nada. They each drew out free hand what they wanted and used a drill for circles where needed. ;) I'd say they did an awesome job!! Aidan designed his own too. (On a side note, Aidan had a Halloween party at school and got to wear his costume to school. He looked so cute bouncing off the bus and skipping to the car. It was a good smiley moment for me!) Olivia carved Hello Kitty.  Lindsey car

Halloween Party

Ready for a Halloween party! Believe it or not this was Jaime's first time ever being a  pirate. Everyone thought he was really dedicated to his costume by removing a hand for the hook. ;) Our hosts Derek and Jodi The group  Dirt and worms and crickets. Uh yeahhh...we played some fear factor type games and had to dig coins out of here with all the creepy crawlies. Yes, I actually did it! One game was to find two "eyes" in a container of smashed cold peas. Just by the look on everyone's faces you can tell it was a hard game to stomach. Jaime won this round in like 3 seconds. The rest of us had a hard time getting past the first taste. Yuck. And we feed this stuff to our babes!

Making memories

A little bit of this and a little bit of that... Movie Night with friends Silliness and girls hanging out go hand in hand don't ya know.  Grandma Morales and Aunt Bel took the kids to Heritage University for a family night of games, activities, and a movie. They had so much fun. Everyone dressing up in Seahawks gear was just for fun. :) Aidan and Grandpa Naylor reading the paper... I mean, how cute is this! So cute.  Olivia, Lindsey, and Jasmine have so much fun together. Kind of like sisters. They enjoy being outside together...a lot.  My beautiful Liv Luv. She's so spirited and really does look for the positives.  Fall is hear!! We've had a pretty warm October. Kids have been able to play outside a lot. It's been perfect weather. Not too hot or too cold to do things outside.  I got to stay with grandma and grandpa while my parents were out of town. It was so much fun. They are such dear grandparent

We're still around. Just keeping busy that I seem too tired to upkeep my blog. So here's just a run down of some things going on.  Olivia's loving school and all the science experiments they get to do. Her teacher sends messages and pics through a web program that I connect to through an app on my phone. I enjoy seeing what they did in school that day and how Olivia is doing.  I made a trip to the district office to view a school video and while walking down the hall I saw Jaime's plaque. He doesn't have as much job experience on paper compared to some of the other principals but he sure made his way up the ladder faster than others did. He truly does have a talent.  We've gone to visit Adam's grave. The bench we helped raise money for is now in so family and friends have a place to sit when they go to the site.  Tyler bleeds blue and purple for the Washington Huskies, BYU Cougars, and Seattle Seahawks. This day he just couldn&

Preschool fun and field trips

Preschool pumpkin patch field trip:  They made it to the top of the hay pyramid! Petting zoo Hay ride out to pick a pumpkin  Tyler loves to hang out with Christian. They became good friends during their older brothers' tee ball practices and games.  What a bunch of cute pumpkins! One afternoon we were waiting to pick up Aidan at the bus stop at the girls' school. A bunch of firemen and trucks were parked there for a fire safety unit the kids at school did. While Tyler and I were walking around looking at the fire trucks a fireman came and asked if Tyler would like to get inside. He gave us a "tour" of the truck and their gear. Tyler throughly enjoyed it!!   Needless to say, Tyler's really enjoyed preschool.
