Chop Chop

Lindsey and Olivia have been asking for over a month for me to cut their hair. I finally kicked my laziness and got to work. They have such voluminous, silky locks. Cutting off those scraggly ends makes their hair bounce again. They're happy with it...me too. :) Before...they both had such long hair! Olivia's went passed her waist.  Olivia's after Lindsey's after

Uncle Dick Noble

Image
I've struggled the past few days with what to say. How to express my love and feelings for my uncle who passed away unexpectedly. He went in for an operation that was supposed to be minor but due to other complications he didn't make it. He was in a coma for about a week before his family agreed it was time to turn the machines off. Family watched via zoom. It was difficult to see him that way and for his body to stop the slight function that it had.  The lump in my throat gets big and painful when I try and talk about it. When I think about him I think how he's always so happy to talk to you. (And when I say you I mean YOU! He loves to meet and talk to anyone.) He's excited to know about what you have going on. Always excited to be included in family time. When he moved to Pasco he loved going to watch fireworks on the 4th with my family, or sitting with Jaime and I for the adult session of Stake Conference and then getting Dairy Queen blizzards after. We enjoyed seein

2020 Keven Naylor Family Reunion

The reunion was moved to a different location due to the rona...again another impact this covid pandemic has made. Elizabeth put it on and it was supposed to be in Yakima and we were going to go to the water park and other things that she had planned.  Instead it was moved to Grandview. No one complained though. We were happy to be able to still have it and enjoy grandma's pool. The reunion was a blast. Lots of swimming working on crafts Elizabeth brought her Cricut machine and other supplies to make reunion t-shirts. The kids had a great time creating and sporting their swag.  Lindsey Brian and Summer Jaime and me Had outdoor relay games. It was a lot of fun.  Elizabeth and Malakai My parents. :) Lindsey and Henry Adult swim in the pool Aidan and Thomas Aidan and Tyler Henry having fun on the swing Madelynn was so fun to be around.  Ezra enjoying some ice cream! Managing Quarantine

We haven't been able to do many things that we normally get to do like eat at restaurants, go to the movies, dates. Which has made Lindsey's first year of being able to date slow in coming.  She's been out on a few dates lately. The guys have been pretty good at making plans outside. Lindsey has had multiple dates on the water. She's enjoyed being with friends and socializing.  One evening I was painting my nails. Olivia, for some reason, decided to she wanted work on Lindsey's feet and give her a pedicure. It was funny how she treated Lindsey's feet. Using the hot towel to soften the heels and then use the foot stone on it. If Lindsey wouldn't hold her foot the right way Olivia would slap it with the foot stone :D funny girl.

Vegas Here We Come!

On Saturday June 27 we boarded a plane to go to Las Vegas and see Brian's family  Tyler with the Vegas airport lizard Brian picked us up at the airport and then we met his family  on the Strip. We were so excited to finally all be together! Our first stop was taking the kids to M&M World and Hershey's Chocolate World.  So many different colors and flavors of M&Ms and lots of giant chocolate bars! 109 degrees calls for swimming! Makaela Olivia and Jaime This is how I like to summer! Olivia and Maybe Jaime fighting back. There was quite the water gun fight.  Darin and his family came up to spend the weekend with us while we were there. Due to his MS it's hard for him to be in cooler water so he enjoyed the hot tub and shooting water from there to those in the pool.  The play was fun.  Olivia and Brian Brian and me Ahhh, one of the main reasons for the trip. Brian removed Lindsey's wisdom teeth. It was "Take your sister to work day" haha. But really, it w
