A Morales Minute

Lindsey set her alarm to wake up around 4 this morning to get a look at the "super flower blood moon" lunar eclipse. That girl loves to look at the stars and planets when she learns the time to go look for them. It is beautiful.   

Tyler played two hand touch football this year. Graduated from flag football. He had a lot of fun. There was a couple incidents where boys weren't being too kind to him. Tyler can get upset easily which the bully tends to enjoy when they get a rise out of Tyler. I had to step in and talk with the coach and then call the other mom. Things seemed better after that.  Once kids realize they don't want others to be mean to them after they realize they've been called out for being mean, they can be a little better. This helped a lot. Overall Tyler had a great experience and wants to continue to play football.   

Now that temples are opening in phases the boys were able to go to the temple to do baptisms for the dead with a small group of young men. Jaime, being in the young men presidency was able to go with them. It was Tyler's first time going to the temple. I'm so grateful they were able to go.   

  The sign for mandatory mask wearing was taken down at Costco! Who would have thought we'd be so excited about something so small. It was so much for pleasant to shop through the store and see faces!

Sarah dropped off this cute mug that she made. It was so sweet and thoughtful. The picture is from when we were in Florida with them. I am so grateful to have a friend who feels about me the way I feel about her. I know I laugh so much louder with her and Brandon around. :D  

Lindsey's date for prom started in the morning. The group went for a boat ride on Taylor's pontoon boat. He took them out for a long ride on the river. Carson's mom boxed up food for their luncheon.  Could they look any cuter!? Looks delicious.  After the boat ride everyone went home to get ready for the dance.  Lindsey looks so beautiful for her Prom! Princess attire right here.  I'm not quite sure how I did her hair but it looks beautiful! Her date Carson Rios. My friend Lyndee took our family pictures again. They turned out real well.  Seriously, Tyler is the cutest! His entire face has always smiled and his eyes sparkling.  Can't believe this girl is a senior. She will be getting her senior pics later this year as well. This shot right here looks like a good senior photo.  My kids were all blessed with such great smiles. I love it.  I'm still amazed at how Olivia has grown into such a responsible, logical young woman. And to this day she still cracks me up. She's hilarious. I wish everyone could see her humor but she tends to hide it sometimes.  Could she be any cuter?! Aidan has grown a lot this year. He seems so easy going. Whenever I ask him if he wants this or that he always says he doesn't care or doesn't know. He really easy so easy that sometimes it's hard. LOL.
