After we got back from the coast we packed back up for a week at moms. She makes a theme dinner for each night and we do an activity or watch a movie that correlates. During the day we do lots of swimming. :)    We had a game theme.  Target dart board pizza scrabble tile brownies Dice cheese ball     jello poker chips     The kids had fun making and eating the poker chips.      After dinner we played games. We set the timer to play for so many minutes and when time was up the winner moved to the next game table and took up where the last player left off and the timer was set again. It was really fun.     Another night we had asian food. Attempted chop sticks.    Hawiian Night   This fruit center piece was incredible. Look at those palm trees!     Another night we did MREs. Meals Ready to Eat. Just add water and it activated the heat to warm up the food. Stuart remembers using them when he was in the military. Seeing how they worked was pretty fun for everyone. Great days of warm weather made for great days at the beach.  Tyler, Aide, and Liandrew playing in the sand.  Lindsey and I went on a bike ride to Coffenbury Lake. So pretty We even had an outdoor movie night and watched Spies in Disguise.

Annual Coast Trip 2020 Style

Uncle Dick's funeral was the same time as the annual coast trip. It was hard for Lindsey to decide to go to the coast because she didn't want to miss the funeral. I told her that Uncle Dick would want her to do what she loves. We all understood. So she went with Grandma and Grandpa Morales to the Oregon Coast with the other kids.  While I'm in Idaho I get these pictures. I love it it's so fun to see them happy on the beach. They've had such great weather and every day they tell me they're loving their time there.  Aidan has grown so much. He looks like a young man and not a little boy, as well as a surfing beach goer! What a stud.

Uncle Dick's Funeral

Brian flew to Pasco and then rode with us to Sandpoint for Uncle Dick's funeral. He and I went for a run one morning out in the trees of Sandpoint. We saw a moose cross our path. It was real cool. It was nice he was able to come and spend some time with us.  We drove up to Schwietzer to see the beauty around before going to the funeral.  Bagpipes were played in his honor. I was asked to play the piano for the prelude and as they brought the casket in. I was so nervous. I messed up but I could only hear Dick saying how beautiful it was and that he was so thankful I would play. He was always so grateful and always kind to me.  I stopped to say hi to Grandma.  Dick is now laid beside Aunt Davina.  Grandpa with 4 of his kids. Darrell couldn't make it.  I'm so grateful Dick lived in Pasco the last few years. I loved seeing him at stake things and having him come to family things either at my house or my mom's. Dairy Queen will always be associated with him in my heart. I'
