Tennis Senior Night

Image
They celebrated the seniors tonight.  Coach spoke about each girl. He had some really good things to say.  It wouldn't be a memory if Olivia wasn't there to share in it with Lindsey.  I tell ya, two peas in a pod. I think they were meant to be conjoined twins. ;) Luckily I got to be there to see it. I was supposed to have flown to Luxembourg with my friends today but our connecting flight in Denver would leave before we could get there because our flight out of Pasco was delayed. I'm nervous for this long flight from Denver to Germany and now having to wait another day I'll admit I was a little relieved. lol. I'm excited for the trip, just not excited for probably the longest flight I'll ever take.

Happy Easter

Image
Egg dying. Tyler was happy to use the Jurassic World egg wraps that I bought on clearance last year.  Easter baskets. I did the same as last year. Favorite vegetable, favorite fruit, and favorite cereal for each one. Then added a couple small gifts and a few plastic eggs filled with candy. They were all very happy with what they were given. Too much candy just seems to have worn off and lost its appeal. It seems to hang around the house way too long. Easter dinner at my parents house. We decided to get some pictures with Grandpa Noble.   Four generation picture I love my family

Spring Sports

Aidan has broadened his events in track. Not only does he run the 400 and throw discus but now he throws shot put. I feel like he has good form. The distance will come over time. This was his first time throwing in a meet. He doesn't seem to really care how he does. lol He just gets up there and throws then walks away from the event.  Is it spring sports or winter sports? Saturday we watched Tyler's football games and it was crazy cold with wind, rain, and snow! It was also the giant Pasco Track Invite where schools from all over the state and Idaho come to compete. Jaime was there for a few hours in the morning. I went to watch some. It rained so hard and was so cold. I felt so bad for the freezing cold student athletes. They were soaked to the bone. After his shift at the meet Jaime met me at Tyler's game. I brought dry shoes and socks for him to change into. Poor guy was so cold. We were all happy to go home when the games were over.  It was coming down pretty good.

Spring Break - Disney!

Image
April 2  Spring Break! We flew to California with mom and dad to go on our Disney Cruise.  We had a delicious lunch at Miguel's Cocina in San Diego. It was so good. Seriously, the best fajitas I've ever had. Same with their corn tortillas. They were the best corn tortillas! If I'm ever in San Diego again I'm stopping here to eat. :) Miguel's was on Portside Pier. Someday...we just might make it back here.  We watched Saturday's General Conference, did some walking around San Diego.  Walking along the pier.  The USS Midway aircraft carrier  We watched the NCAA tournament while having dinner at Beach Hut. We practically had the place to ourselves watching all the tv screens. It was a fun place to eat while watching the game.  We could hear the outdoor Blake Shelton concert that was next to our hotel and even saw some of it while standing on our hotel rooftop.  Day one Aboard Ship! April 3 Sunday morning we had to get covid tested to make sure no one was sick. Ther
