A Morales Minute

The boys started school on August 27. The Girls August 28.   They're off to start another year! Aidan Tyler I love that they have each other. Lindsey didn't have school yet so she was there to send the boys off to school. It was so cute to see them all hug each other.  I took my girls to lunch at Olive Garden while the boys were at school.  Can they be any funnier?! :) The next morning the girls were off to school as well.  Lindsey First day of 10th Grade Olivia First day of 8th grade.  Then after school we had s'mores.

We had some extra girls over... Lindsey and Cami did face masks. Cami, Lindsey, Olivia, and Emiy. I made pina colada's for the girls  I think they enjoyed them lol. I'll admit, they are pretty tasty.  Anderson's had us over for dinner and games...er karaoke.  They can all get into it pretty well.  An afternoon at Grandma's and Lindsey get to spend some time with Ryan.  Such a happy babe.  Olivia's turn for braces.  Pretty smile...gotta get the before pic. It's always fun to not only see their straightened teeth when the braces come off, but also how much older they look. 

Thousand Step Beach at Laguna Hills  I counted the steps down to the beach, there's 224 steps and not a thousand but that was only the stairs maybe it's more steps to the water. ;) Sarah wanted to get pictures. Jaime likes to make them interesting. lol So beautiful. I could spend a few hours here. I see why people Cali beaches. the water is blue, awesome waves, and gorgeous sunshine. I need a couple weeks here. Another time ;) This guy is amazing. I love that he takes the time to make trips for us to spend time together.  Beach living <3

Part of the plan was to relax. Laying poolside is a great way to do that.  We enjoyed some tennis. We had some good walks along the beach.  That smile though... :) Such great weather! Of course a relaxing trip also includes a stop at the spa. We had frozen grapes and visited with the guys in the lounge before our massages at Fashion Island. My massage therapist was great! She worked hard on my many tight muscles. It was heavenly.   

We toured Warner Bros. It was pretty interesting to take the tour and see the different stages where shows were filmed.  The set of Big Bang Theory Jaime sat in "Sheldon's spot" on the couch. :) The hats and costumes of My Fair Lady This is what Jaime and I really came for. Friends and Central PERK. We liked hearing about the show and being able to see this set for pics even though the real stage set has been taken down since the show ended.  We were excited too sit on the "FRIENDS" couch! Another Friends filming location. The outside of their apartment building.  We ate lunch here at Central PERK. Their grilled cheese sandwich and tomato bisque was so good! We were able to go around and see different costumes and things from other movies.  There were a lot of different Bat Mobiles from the different movies. This was Jaime's favorite.
