Warner Bros. and a Balloon Ride

We toured Warner Bros. It was pretty interesting to take the tour and see the different stages where shows were filmed.

This is what Jaime and I really came for. Friends and Central PERK.

We liked hearing about the show and being able to see this set for pics even though the real stage set has been taken down since the show ended. 

We were excited too sit on the "FRIENDS" couch!

We ate lunch here at Central PERK. Their grilled cheese sandwich and tomato bisque was so good!

We were able to go around and see different costumes and things from other movies. 

There were a lot of different Bat Mobiles from the different movies. This was Jaime's favorite.

We planned to do something we'd never done before, and maybe never do again. Not that it's bad but because we've now done it...and it's not cheap. lol We went on a sunset hot air ballon ride!

It was so beautiful and fun. By the time we got back to the drop off point it was almost 9pm. We hadn't had dinner yet so we went to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner. I wanted something light so I ordered a salad. It was so big it looked like it was meant for a potluck! I barely put a dent in it. Needless to say it made everyone laugh. We were laughing so hard I had tears. Leave it to Brandon and Sarah to make us laugh like that. :)

For Unto Us A Child Is Born

On Wednesday December 16th I went to the hospital at 7 a.m. to start my induction. I was already dialated to a 3 and dr. said if I wanted to have the baby I could. I didn't want to be in the hospital or recovering too close to Christmas with my entire family home for the season so I said sure! I was finally underway at 8 a.m. with pitocin. The rest of the morning and afternoon was spent in boredom and watching tv with Jaime at my side. At around 12:45 the dr. came to break my water because that usually gets things going quick. My kids have all arrived shortly after the water breaks. However, since the baby's head kind of floated up he decided to wait a bit to not risk the umbilical cord coming out first or wringing around the baby's neck. Bummer! I was so disappointed. So, on to more waiting, turning up the pitocin...again. Finally at 3:30 p.m. I was having some strong contractions and dialated 5-6. SURPISE!!!!

Yes, this is true. And yes....this will be our newest addition to the family. You think you're surprised! Just imagine how surprised I was! Big time let me tell you. And in case you are wondering, I am just starting my first week of month number five. Yes, I am in my second trimester already. Hard to believe it's really gone that fast. I haven't been sick at all. It's been very nice. I could easily not know that I was pregnant because I don't feel like I am. This explains why I haven't been sick. It's a boy. I wasn't sick with Aidan either. I kind of figured it was a boy and this morning confirmed that it was. Here's the little guy in action. , We got up a little after 6 a.m. and got ready to head to the hospital. My mom showed up at 6:45 to watch the other three at home for us. Thanks Mom! The Past Week...

This past week has been a pretty laid back one. I've been getting things done on my own schedule...whenever I feel like it. Haha! Took the boys to the library, I've been making time (a.k.a. not working) to read a book for my own enjoyment, planted some flowers, made a few trips to the park with the kids, done a bit of shopping (grocery shopping at Winco is a lot of work with just me and the boys and I really have to gear up for it.), and I have been playing Sorry and Hi Ho Cherry O with Aidan quite a bit. So I have been busy just not with the normal stuff that keeps me busy on a daily basis.  I love browsing Costco with Jaime and my kids in the evening of a week day. It's not very crowded then. If there's a fun movie on the TVs we like to stop and watch a little. We stopped to watch a bit of the Avenger's in 3D...hence Aidan's glasses. :) I spent a day at Mom's with the boys.
