Sight Seeing SEATTLE

This last weekend our kids went camping with Grandma and Grandpa Morales so Jaime and I (and Tyler) were able to go to Seattle to spend some time with our friends Jeremy and Carina. We had a great time walking around, visiting, playing games, eating great food and hanging out.

This was a huge funnel type exhibit of guitars and instruments at the Experience Music Project (EMP). It was about two stories tall and 700 instruments in all!

At EMP we were able to try different instruments. Lets just say there's budding rock stars in all of us! Playing Guitar Hero definitely helped...

At the Science Fiction Museum we saw so many things and characters that reminded us of our childhood and movies we liked to watch.

Here's to the biggest Star Wars fan I know. Who wouldn't want to meet Yoda!

We spent hours at GameWorks dancing, racing, shooting, fighting, playing instruments. It can get addicting...especially when you win!

We picked the kids up on our way home from Seattle. We were only 20 minutes from home but had to stop for a restroom break for the kids. So yeah, we had to take pics with the dinosaur!

I'd say we all had a great time and made memories forever. Thanks so much Jeremy and Carina!!

  1. For some reason my blogger didn't update me when you guys posted this. I was wondering if you were going to blog about the trip. It looks like so much fun! I wish we could have gone with you. Another time maybe? Eh? Eh? Seriously, we'll have to plan something where we can all go and have a blast together.

  2. What a blast! And I think our kids had just as much fun where they were at too. :)
