Football Season

Tyler's been working hard in football. He's on the freshman team. The boy loves being part of a team. On the weekends he goes to the varsity games and cheers them on with his teammates.

THREE Years?!?!?!

On Wednesday September 3rd, 2008 I was at my Mom's house. I started having small contractions that kept getting more frequent. When I would be talking to my mom and have to stop just to breathe we decided that I was in labor and would probably be going to the hospital that night rather than the next morning for my scheduled induction. We had dinner there and after dinner I told Jaime to go ahead and go to mutual as he was in the Young Men's presidency. I wasn't in enough pain and didn't want to go to the hospital too early. Lindsey and Olivia would stay the night since they were going to anyway so Jaime and I could just get up Thursday morning and head to the hospital to be induced into labor. We got the girls in to bed and I said good bye. Time with James

  I invited my nephew James to come stay with us for a week. He's been so much fun to have around. We've had good Sunday and FHE meetings with him, game time - lots of games, and I've just enjoyed his humor and seeing him spend time with my kids.  More games and smoothies. And having three boys to mow the lawn sure gets the job done quick! They were so helpful and happy to work together.  A cute Koda napping picture for us to enjoy. 😊

Merry Christmas!

Christmas is always a fun time for our family. I love getting together with all of my family and all of Jaime's. However as our family gets bigger and everyone has things going on it does make it more hectic for us to get around to go see everyone. We tried to make things a little less hectic and easy by not trying to make it to everything like we have in the past. On Christmas Eve afternoon we went to my parent's house and built gingerbread houses with those who were there. It was fun doing something simple and being able to visit. Over the hills to grandmother's house we go. Aunt Lori and Aidan paired up to build a house. Tyler and I built one, rather I built and Tyler licked. I'm not eating any of this one. ;) Lindsey and Uncle Jon built a skyscraper office building. Olivia and Grandma Marcia built one together.
