Mother's Day

Jaime and boys brought me breakfast in bed this morning. French toast is still a favorite. 

I love my boys. I feel so blessed to be a mom. Missing my girls but that's another part of my blessing as a mother, I have children to miss when they're gone!

We had Mom and Dad over for dinner. It was nice to be able to visit with them and show mom a little Mother's Day love. 

The other three hooligans Facetimed me! I it made my day they thought of me today and wanted to spend some time talking with me. Gosh I miss them all so much! I will admit that having them all together does help ease my heart some. They do a great job of taking care of one another.

THREE Years?!?!?!

On Wednesday September 3rd, 2008 I was at my Mom's house. I started having small contractions that kept getting more frequent. When I would be talking to my mom and have to stop just to breathe we decided that I was in labor and would probably be going to the hospital that night rather than the next morning for my scheduled induction. We had dinner there and after dinner I told Jaime to go ahead and go to mutual as he was in the Young Men's presidency. I wasn't in enough pain and didn't want to go to the hospital too early. Lindsey and Olivia would stay the night since they were going to anyway so Jaime and I could just get up Thursday morning and head to the hospital to be induced into labor. We got the girls in to bed and I said good bye. Merry Christmas from the Morales Family

This year's holiday card.  Front Back I don't write a separate letter but next year I'm thinking I want to make one of those holiday cards that says a few did bits about everyone. Short and sweet, greeting card like and easy to read but filled with love.  I like to post our holiday cards on social media and send it out with a Christmas greeting. That way it gets out to more of our friends and family. :)

Merry Christmas!

Christmas is always a fun time for our family. I love getting together with all of my family and all of Jaime's. However as our family gets bigger and everyone has things going on it does make it more hectic for us to get around to go see everyone. We tried to make things a little less hectic and easy by not trying to make it to everything like we have in the past. On Christmas Eve afternoon we went to my parent's house and built gingerbread houses with those who were there. It was fun doing something simple and being able to visit. Over the hills to grandmother's house we go. Aunt Lori and Aidan paired up to build a house. Tyler and I built one, rather I built and Tyler licked. I'm not eating any of this one. ;) Lindsey and Uncle Jon built a skyscraper office building. Olivia and Grandma Marcia built one together.
