Last Day of School

This year I don't think Aidan has changed much physically. lol He's really enjoyed his sophomore year though. He loved his history class and stem classes. 

Aidan will be starting Running Start at CBC this year. He's going to be done with high school before I know it! If there's anyone I can think of who will do as you ask, it's Aidan. He's always so willing and responsible to get something done if I need him to. He's seriously the most chill kid I have. Always respectful and loving. 

Tyler has grown and matured and learned a lot this year. He LOVED football of course but turns out he really enjoys DECA. He's the life of the party. One of the DECA advisors told Jaime how Tyler just lights are the room, or van, for any DECA meeting or trip. He loved going to a Mariners and Trailblazers game. Competing at DECA state in Seattle was a big learning experience for him. He's eager to improve and go again next year. 

Last day of his Freshman year. Tyler is going to crush his Sophomore year.

THREE Years?!?!?!

On Wednesday September 3rd, 2008 I was at my Mom's house. I started having small contractions that kept getting more frequent. When I would be talking to my mom and have to stop just to breathe we decided that I was in labor and would probably be going to the hospital that night rather than the next morning for my scheduled induction. We had dinner there and after dinner I told Jaime to go ahead and go to mutual as he was in the Young Men's presidency. I wasn't in enough pain and didn't want to go to the hospital too early. Lindsey and Olivia would stay the night since they were going to anyway so Jaime and I could just get up Thursday morning and head to the hospital to be induced into labor. Merry Christmas from the Morales Family

This year's holiday card.  Front Back I don't write a separate letter but next year I'm thinking I want to make one of those holiday cards that says a few did bits about everyone. Short and sweet, greeting card like and easy to read but filled with love.  I like to post our holiday cards on social media and send it out with a Christmas greeting. That way it gets out to more of our friends and family. :)

Merry Christmas!

Christmas is always a fun time for our family. I love getting together with all of my family and all of Jaime's. However as our family gets bigger and everyone has things going on it does make it more hectic for us to get around to go see everyone. We tried to make things a little less hectic and easy by not trying to make it to everything like we have in the past. On Christmas Eve afternoon we went to my parent's house and built gingerbread houses with those who were there. It was fun doing something simple and being able to visit. Over the hills to grandmother's house we go. Aunt Lori and Aidan paired up to build a house. Tyler and I built one, rather I built and Tyler licked.
