Boating

We were invited to go boating with our friends the Riries. Isaac had never been boating before so it was a fun first for him. And Bishop let him drive the boat even!

Lindsey tried wake surfing again and did awesome. 



She's such a cutie.

Tyler and Weston did their best to keep the tube from flipping. 


We all had a good afternoon. Ririe's little girls liked asking Lindsey and Isaac questions, getting to know them as they were interested in the upcoming wedding they were having. haha. 
It was nice to have an afternoon of fun and not thinking about plans for the wedding reception. Lyndee knew that and wanted to get the boat ride in with us before I was too busy. I appreciated her thoughtfulness because it probably is the last fun outing I do before the wedding.

My kids are wonderful. They are growing up into wonderful children. I love them so much. We've been very busy with this and that recently. This will be a long recap of some of what's been going on. :) The Primary Program was Sunday Sept 22. (I forgot to get a picture of them on that day but I did get pics of them the previous Sunday.) All four of them memorized their parts and stood at the microphone to say them without any hesitation at all. They were cute to watch singing the songs. Aidan was funny to watch with his gestures and making a heart with his hands through some of the songs. My parents and grandparents were able to come and watch. It was a special treat for the kids to have them there.  The Sunday this picture was taken there were hundreds of yellow butterflies all over the purple flowering bushes. THREE Years?!?!?!

On Wednesday September 3rd, 2008 I was at my Mom's house. I started having small contractions that kept getting more frequent. When I would be talking to my mom and have to stop just to breathe we decided that I was in labor and would probably be going to the hospital that night rather than the next morning for my scheduled induction. We had dinner there and after dinner I told Jaime to go ahead and go to mutual as he was in the Young Men's presidency. I wasn't in enough pain and didn't want to go to the hospital too early. Lindsey and Olivia would stay the night since they were going to anyway so Jaime and I could just get up Thursday morning and head to the hospital to be induced into labor. We got the girls in to bed and I said good bye. My brother Darin was home and he drove me to the hospital at 8:30 p.m. I sent Jaime a message I was going and he and my dad (our ward's bishop) would meet me there. Tolo

The end of January Olivia asked her friend Jonas to Tolo. He had an arm in a sling for the same injury as Olivia. However his was worse and needed surgery. I thought her way of asking was clever and cute.  The night before Tolo the girls got together for a Galentine's night of food, pampering and prepping for the dance with facials, and watching a movie.  They had quite the spread! Time for facials! I love this picture of Brynnlee, Olivia, and Makeda busting up laughing. Knowing your kids have good friends is a wonderful thing.  They watched Pride and Prejudice.  Ready for Tolo! Cute cute! The group went to downtown Richland to get some Urban like pictures.  Well Jonas said something funny!
