Happy Birthday America!

This is the first time I've ever been to the Pasco 4th of July Parade. It only took having one of my kids being it. I just never wanted to deal with finding parking space and a place to sit and watch.

All the Pasco Youth Bulldog athletes.

Tyler was excited to be with his friends and teammates walking along side them, carrying the bulldog banner, and even getting a turn riding on the truck.

He was so happy. I loved seeing him smile and laugh along with friends.

After the parade we headed to Grandview for a BBQ and swim. After that we headed back home and Darin and his family came to stay a couple nights here so they could watch fireworks with us.

The kids had popcorn and watched a movie till it got dark enough for the fireworks to start.

Like we always do, watch from our rooftop to see fireworks shooting off all around us. Darin thought it was the coolest thing.

I love not having to deal with the traffic and crowds and still being able to see the spectacular fireworks displays around the Tri cities.

Happy 4th!
