Bridal Photo Session

Unfortunately when I asked Lyndee if she could be our photographer again she had to say no as she wasn't currently doing well to work. We asked around for recommendations for a photographer. Multiple times we were told Maci Whitby. So I reached out to her. I'm so glad I did! We couldn't have been more happy with how she did.

April 15 Wednesday evening was scheduled for Olivia and Chaz to have their wedding photos and "first look" photos done. It made it so that Maci had more time after the wedding to take photos with family. And it makes it so she can get Chaz's first expression when he sees his beautiful bride.

It was soooo cold and windy! Sheila, Emma, and I went to help and watch the session. I was amazed how Maci got such gorgeous photos. These are mostly photos from my phone. I just took a few. Maci planned to get some to me as quickly as she could so that I could send off some pictures to get printed to have up at the reception. I loved the idea!

Just before Chaz turned to look at her.

Such a beautiful couple.

They were just too cute.

My beautiful baby!! Seriously, how did I get so lucky to have such beautiful girls. They have gorgeous eyes and smiles and hair...even their eyebrows are perfect!

This is one Maci took. When I first saw this photo, the look in Olivia's eyes just spoke to me. She loves this man so much. Also, every time I stare at this picture I get teary. My baby girl is so grown up but when I look at her face here I see the sweet babe I loved to cuddle and kiss on her sweet cheeks. I think I understand how moms feel about their adult children. They always see the little child in their expressions from time to time.

This picture is pure magic. It's so romantic and beautiful. I loved it so much that I had it printed and put in a frame for the reception. When I took it to the venue the event coordinator didn't put it up at first because she thought it was the stock photo and I would be bringing a picture later. When I went later and saw it wasn't up I asked her where it was. She said "I thought it was the stock photo!" When she pulled it out of the box and looked closer at it she realized it was them!

It was a cold and windy evening but Olivia and Chaz did great and Maci did amazing work capturing their love. After pictures were done we loaded up and went back to the house. Jaime and Clark helped get dinner on for everyone else. Tri tip on the grill and picked up some sides from a BBQ place because Christy was working up a dream wedding cake in the kitchen.
When Sheila, Emma, Olivia, Chaz, and I got back Jaime got dinner out for us to eat. I enjoyed having Chaz's parents over to visit with.
