The Reception


I'm still blown away with how beautiful things came together. 

Red carpet entrance

The Cholula sauce with the labels "Olivia & Chaz One hot couple" were displayed for guests to take as they left. 

Guests were greeted with a beautifully lit ballroom and guest sign in table. 




Desserts were laid out after the dinner. 

The little girls loved the flowers. Maci captured this cute moment of Madelynn and Jocelyn smelling the flowers on the dessert table. 

Fruit, cupcakes, chocolates, cupcakes, and macarons. Christy, like always did a phenomenal job on the macarons. 

She made beautiful work of the cake as well. 

Kids continued to play yard games in the garden just off the patio. 


The Hansens! Chaz and Olivia are ready for guests. We actually had so many come right at the start of the reception time.

A beautiful display of how they will love and serve one another throughout their marriage. No smashing that symbolism on their faces. 



The churro bar set up and was constantly busy and being refilled. Guests helped themselves to fully sized churros with caramel and chocolate dipping sauces. 


Enjoying dessert beside the fire pit outside. 

Time for the couple's first dance. 

They danced to Iris by the Goo Goo Dolls. 


Shiela took her dance with Chaz to My Wish by Rascal Flatts. 





Jaime's turn to walk up and take his dance with his daughter. His walk up song was Enter Sandman by Metallica. Epic song of his. 

I love how he always makes the song for his dance with his daughter something that is totally meaningful for her. He signaled to start the next so he could dance with his girl. 

He chose to dance with Olivia to Test Drive from the movie How To Train a Dragon. 

A girl's moment with her daddy bringing tears to her eyes. It's so special. 










I was happy to see Darin and Christy having such a good time. I so appreciate all they have done for both Lindsey and Olivia's weddings. They go in 100% in helping me with them. 

Chaz's nephew was tearing up the floor. How cute. 

Everyone was having such a good time. 

I love this photo of Olivia, Maybrie, and Lindsey. These girls have had lots of fun times while growing up.

Olivia changed out of her wedding dress and came back to the dance floor to danced with Grandpa Naylor.


Dad has always loved dancing. I remember dancing with him when I was younger too. It'll be a sad day when he won't be able to around the dance floor.

The photographer snapped this photo really quick while everyone went to line up at the red carpet for the send off. It looks so quiet and peaceful. The end of a beautiful day. Just lovely.

On Wednesday December 16th I went to the hospital at 7 a.m. to start my induction. I was already dialated to a 3 and dr. said if I wanted to have the baby I could. I didn't want to be in the hospital or recovering too close to Christmas with my entire family home for the season so I said sure! I was finally underway at 8 a.m. with pitocin. The rest of the morning and afternoon was spent in boredom and watching tv with Jaime at my side. At around 12:45 the dr. came to break my water because that usually gets things going quick. My kids have all arrived shortly after the water breaks. However, since the baby's head kind of floated up he decided to wait a bit to not risk the umbilical cord coming out first or wringing around the baby's neck. Bummer! I was so disappointed. Our Christmas Get Away!

Bel made a simple menu and schedule so we all knew kind of what to expect. Some things changed, like swimming based off weather and s'mores were a different night, but for the most part it went as planned.  December 20  On the road! Koda knew he was going with us so he was so good on the drive. He didn't whine while we were loading up the truck like he has done in the past. He was ready and happy to go on the road trip. We drove straight to Brian's on Saturday the 20th. We made it in exactly 13. 5 hours. We left at 5:30am and only stopped twice. We made really good time. December 21  It was a short visit with Brian's family but then Sunday morning we got up and headed to Jaime's parent's house to start the holiday week! The 4.5 hour drive was a much welcome drive after Saturdays. lol Olivia had already been at grandma and grandpa's for a few days since school was already out. We flew her down to Arizona. This and That

There's been some baby action in the family.  This cutie. Ezra Naylor born November 21st. Tyler LOVES him. Tyler loves babies in general. Ezra came early and needed some extra prayers sent his way. We included him in many of our prayers and Tyler took it very serious to pray that Ezra would "grow good" and still says it in EVERY prayer he says and if someone else, like Aidan, doesn't say Ezra in their prayer Tyler is quick to point it out.  Then these TWO! Oh so cute! They arrived on December 13th. Madeline and Nathaniel Digges. So Tyler's prayers are getting a bit longer now. "Please bless Ezra, Maddy and Nate to grow good." Precious.  On Friday the 13th (hehe) I made a fort for Aidan, Tyler and Ren to play in. Then the girls got home from school and they jumped in on the play.
