Getting Wedding Stuff Dunn!

The day before the wedding and we are getting busy with All. The. Things. Wedding!

Christy is in the kitchen non stop!

It's officially her kitchen for three days. 

Brian went with Jaime and I to run some errands. Grabbed some groceries as well as some flowers. Getting the last of the details taken care of. We took over decorations, flowers, yard games, and a fire pit over to the reception venue. It was fun to see them begin getting things set up. It was also fun to see that I wasn't stressing over getting everything set up and decorated! Having an event planner is way less stressful. I just say what we want, schedule things and times for rentals and flowers and then others take care of it all! It was good for me to have less stress right now. The last wedding preparations had me stressing so much I was actually losing sleep over it. 

Back to the house and see Christy has made lots of progress on the cake!

Chaz has left to have his time with his groomsmen so it's time for the girls to get their time! Not really bachelor and bachelorette parties but fun with friends and getting some pampering done before the big day. Olivia spent the time with her bridesmaids and cousins.

These girls crack me up. They all had a good time. 



Jaime set the house accent lighting to pink and green... Olivia's wedding colors. The house was quiet and everyone was getting to bed. A bride shouldn't be up past midnight the night before her wedding but I think she was just too excited to sleep. She took a picture of the pink light shining into the entryway. She liked her dad's thoughtfulness of turning the lights to her colors. 💕 

Goodnight my sweet Liv Luv. I can't believe you'll be a wife in 8 hours!!

Time in Arizona

Night swims!  Laying out in the sun during the day!  I like coming to Arizona because the evenings it's still warm outside that we can be out playing and having a good time but not sweltering hot. The days are so hot but it's great to be out poolside and then dip in the pool to cool off.  Koda has picked his person between Marty and Diana. He likes to follow Diana when I'm not around. Happy Father's Day Jaime

Breakfast for Jaime. Banana pancakes, bacon, hash browns and OJ.  Aidan and Tyler wanted to make cookies with Jaime for Father's Day. I thought it was such a sweet gesture. Olivia was a bit bummed she couldn't be here for it as she feels it's been a thing for her and Jaime to make chocolate chip cookies together. I told her she's here in spirit. The kids all called Jaime to wish him a Happy Father's Day. We need to enjoy these last few years of having kids home for these smaller holidays. Before I know it we won't have any of them here for them.  P.S. Can't believe I didn't get a picture of Jaime with the boys!

Promptings

 I went to the temple today to do an endowment session with my Aunt Laurel who is visiting and staying at my parents for a few days. Mom and Dad were leading the session so it was fun for all four of us to be in there. It was a very full session of women. There were 31 women and 8 men! 39 of the 40 seats were full. I've been in sessions and lead sessions that had 42-46 people (folding chairs were brought in to accommodate after 40). But never have had this many sisters.  I used to have such anxiety going to the temple. So nervous about remembering what I was supposed to do and say. Being a temple worker definitely has helped ease that now that I know what to do and say more easily. It makes it so that I can focus on the words more and not stress about what's next. After I crossed into the Celestial room I had the overwhelming feeling of how happy I felt. The thought came to my mind, "Being prepared makes such a difference." I thought yes it does!
